In South Korea, it's possible for terrorists to become high-ranking officials in the government. This was possible under the Moon Jae-in administration.

Those who believe in North Korean Juche ideology worship North Korea and Kim Il-sung while passionately opposing the United States and Japan. They carried out bombing and arson attacks under the guise of fighting for the Korean people and driving out the United States from an unstable South Korea threatened by various spies after the end of the Korean War.
